Brief introduction to the company:
The company was built in 1976. At present it has working staff of over 2,900 and fixed assets of RMB 558 million yuan. In 1998, the company produced 51,500 tons of paper and the sales value reached 250 million yuan, with profit tax of 42 million yuan. Wheat straw is the main raw material for production. Pulp production capacity with bleached wheat straw and caustic is over 50,000 tons per year. It has 14 paper making lines with annual production capacity of over 130,000 tons per year.
Achievements of the CP audit:
More than 150 CP options have been generated. All of the non/low cost CP options have been implemented. Implementation of 17 non/low cost options alone can create economic benefit of over 4 million yuan per year (reducing water consumption and wastewater discharge: 1.49 million yuan; enhancing housekeeping: 1.215 million; strengthening equipment maintenance: 1.2 million yuan; optimizing cooking and bleaching technologies: 0.5243 million yuan), reduce wastewater by 28% (about 2.3 million tons) and COD by 50,000 tons per year.
